Inquiry About Pricing for Required Zoom Features

I am planning to integrate Zoom into our web application and would like to know the pricing details for the following features:

  1. Create Meetings Programmatically: Ability to create meetings via API or system automation.
  2. Schedule Meetings: Functionality to schedule meetings programmatically.
  3. Update Meeting Schedule: Ability to update the schedule of meetings.
  4. Extend Meeting Duration: Option to extend the session of an ongoing meeting programmatically.
  5. Multiple Concurrent Meetings: Support for hosting multiple concurrent meetings (e.g., 10 initially, with scalability up to 250).
  6. Automatic Meeting Recording: Meetings should be automatically recorded and saved to the cloud, with options for additional storage.
  7. Embed Meetings in Web Application: Capability to embed Zoom meetings directly into our web application using your Video SDK or equivalent.

Could you please provide a detailed pricing breakdown for the above requirements? Specifically:

  • The cost of licenses for hosting multiple concurrent meetings.
  • The cost of cloud storage for meeting recordings (e.g., for 200 GB or more).
  • Any additional costs associated with embedding Zoom meetings via SDK.
  • Whether these features require separate plans or can be covered under a single plan (e.g., Pro, Business, or Enterprise).

Your guidance will greatly assist us in determining the most suitable plan for our needs.

Looking forward to your response. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

1. The Zoom API is limited in capability for security reasons. Suggest you take a closer look at the developer capabilities (assuming you have developer skills).

2. Again there are numerous ways to schedule meetings including a special Zoom app that costs additional money.

3. Same as 2

4. On going meetings are not terminated by any time window. The host controls meeting termination.

5. Multiple concurrent meetings require multiple licenses. See the pricing page https://zoom.us/pricing

6. this functionality is controlled by settings in the web portal.

7. Development of SDK functionality is done by your programmer (if you are not the programmer). Zoom does not do custom development.

Thanks for your reply.
I am  pretty  sound about the integration. I just want to have an idea which pricing package will support the above requirements.
I guess the regular zoom packages fully supports  them, right?

Exact pricing will depend on a number of factors.

You were not clear about the specific application so a webinar may be a better fit than a meeting if you are broadcasting to an audience and webinars have a different set of functions and management add-ons so be sure to look carefully at all the pricing options.

Price wise it sounds like you want a Business account (10 licenses minimum - 250 licenses maximum). But cloud storage for recordings is 5GB per license any level beyond that you would need to look at enterprise accounts which are priced on a case by case basis and you would need to talk with Zoom sales. Cloud storage is not intended for long term storage. Keep in mind that you can avoid cloud storage limitations by making recordings on a local computer if local record limitations are acceptable or you can transfer cloud recordings to your own cloud storage for longer term storage or special access controls.

However, if you are planning to do SDK integration keep in mind that support may be an additional varied cost depending on the chosen plan, complexity and issues. Also keep in mind that SDK use is not free https://zoom.us/pricing/developer
