I noticed it's been a couple of days since you posted this to the community so I wanted to check in. Can you provide some more details for us? Was your brother receiving an error that would not allow him to connect? Has he been able to connect in the past?
He called me on the phone the next day and said he could not hear us or see us. I stayed on for a hour. If they are truly recorded you will see me making faces and everything. Our sister has been missing 42 days today and I had to do something to make me laugh.
