Zoom has a pretty good live transcription option that will be available to everyone starting next week according to their release notes:

There is auto-closed captioning provided by Zoom. I use it and it is about 75% accurate, but the reader can get the gist.

I am hard of hearing and I use headphones on my laptop but on my tablet or phone I don't use audio because I don't want the high volume to bother people around me so it's easier to enable the built-in Zoom captions to follow along and I have found this very helpful. You do need to be familiar with English though as it's just as error-prone as captioned news can sometimes be.
