Increase visual alert when a participant is on the waiting room

Hi. My father-in-law is 84 years old. He is hosting a meeting every week. However, he is not hearing well, and does not see the small visual indication that there is a participant in the waiting room. Not even when leaving opened the participant tab. Is there a way to make more visually apparent that there is a new participant?

Hello Jeann45,

I think any co-host can see the waiting room notice. Have him appoint his most trusted member to co-host and give them that job. Maybe that will work for you.
