Incorrect password

My course participants cannot access the recorded zoom meetings. The password given by zoom to access the meeting is incorrect for alle my participants. 


What can I do to give my course participants access to the zoom meetings? How do I receive a new password that works?

    Hi @Siercke , thank you for your contribution to the Zoom Community! I am sorry that you have not yet received a reply from the community.  The issue you are experiencing usually occurs when the password has been copied and pasted with a space at the beginning or the end of the password. Another likely reason for an incorrect password is not adding a period if the password contains one.
