Incoming audio only working for voice, not insturment

Help! I can only hear my piano students when they talk but NOT when they play! I don't know when exactly the app updated to include "original sound for musicians" option, but every since, I've had this issue.

We Zoom our Church Services.  Two weeks ago we lost sound when the Organ started.  It came back on the moment the music stopped.  It happened this last Sunday again.  We can't work it out.  However, it looks like it might be something to do with this "original sound for musicians" option! Let's hope it is better next Sunday!
