I learn through virtual classes, and the educational institution I attend teaches them through a professional video camera that focuses on the classroom whiteroom, and its quality is very low on the device I'm using, even though I have good internet connection. I used another device where the video quality was high resolution and used the same internet connection I have now. I've already tried upgrading my current device to Windows 11 and updating the Zoom app, but the problem persists. Thank you for reading me.

The host controls the actual video quality and it can vary widely depending upon their choices for sending the video.
Once connected to the meeting go to settings > statistics > video or screen share to see the actual video resolution being received.
IF it appears in video it may only be 360P. If it appears in screen share it could be 720P if the host optimized for video. If the host did not optimize then it could be the full resolution of the camera at a reduced frame rate. Be sure that on a Windows 11 computer you set the Zoom window to full screen. This can also affect the received resolution.
