You can check setting of application to enable generating meetings with both automatic acceptance and waiting response of participants. 

Step for automatic acceptance and waiting response participants to consider given below:-

1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the “Settings” tab.

2. Under the “Meeting” tab, scroll down to the “In Meeting (Advanced)” section.

3. Toggle the switch for “Enable Waiting Room” to turn it on.

4. Click on “Save” to apply the changes.
