I want to send cloud recording to everyone in the meeting

Hello Zoom community,

I couldn't find any switch to enable sending cloud recording links to everyone.

Therefore, I need to manually forward the link to others.

Is there any way to send recording link automatically to others?

Hi  @CCY - welcome to the Zoom Community. We don't have a feature to automatically share cloud recordings to attendees yet. But we have the ability to "share with all invitees". 

If you don't see this option when you try to share the cloud recording, kindly reach-out to your Zoom Account Admin or Zoom Account Owner as there are requirements for managing and sharing cloud recordings, such as below:

• Account owner or administrator privileges
• Cloud recording enabled
• Cloud recording sharing enabled
• Authentication to view cloud recordings enabled
