I want to hide this tape during recording, it obscures a large part of the explanation and study, I hope for help

Hi @a7mdEGY25, welcome to the Zoom community! You can disable the active speaker thumbnail or disable the Record thumbnails while sharing option in your cloud recording settings. This should help your recording only display the shared screen without the side bar of participants.
