Help me, please: when I send a recorded session link  to people, they can download the recording. HOW TO AVOID this thing?

I want that nobody downloads my recorded sessions.

Can I download the registrations only myself as an administrator?

Quando invio un link di una sessione registrata alle persone, queste possono fare il download della registrazione: COME EVITARE che ciò accada? Io vorrei che NESSUNO scarichi le mie sessioni, ma soltanto l'Amministratore.

Hi Fernando17,

 

In the web portal select the recording you wish to share. In the top right corner look for the share button with an arrow on it (see screenshot). After clicking on that, click share settings at the bottom of the windows that comes up. In the share setting uncheck "viewers can download".
