I've lost my recording

Hi. I was in a Zoom meeting this week and was added as a co-host. I recorded my 15-minute presentation and started the conversion process to download to my pc. The conversion was very slow so I stepped away for about 5 minutes. When I came back I saw the generic Zoom screen. I don't believe the file downloaded properly because there was no option to get to the file to name it. Is there a way to retrieve the recording and repeat the download process, please?
