I have paid Pro account but my call is still receiving 40-minute limit warning. How to remove the limit?

@purecoaching - can you verify that you are actually signing into your pro account before starting the meeting?  If you don't enter your credentials, it is possible to start meetings but the license would not be applied to your account, so the limitations would still be there.
