I purchased pro plan but my account is stil on the free one.

I signed the pro plan on October 23, 2023 and until today I'm on the free plan, and I am not able to contact the support because there's no how to contact them. I am disappointed. 

Any suggestions?

Hello @rayane0408 

Buying the license doesn't allocate the license to any user automatically: You have to go to your portal and assign it (to yourself in this case).

Follow below easy instructions depicted in the Zoom Document:
