I paid license but I see on my account setup only Basic

Hi all, 

 

I paid Zoom One Pro license but in my account I still see Basic and I can not have meeting longer than 40 minutes.

 

Is there any help?

Hi there,

May I suggest a few steps to try and solve your issue:

  • In the Zoom Portal, on the left hand menu, go to: Admin --> Account Management --> Billing --> Current Plans. Check here if your Zoom One Pro license is shown.
  • If it is shown, you can assign it to yourself by following this Knowledge Article.
  • If it does NOT show, please open a ticket with our Billing Team so they can assist you further.
