According to the doc, quote "Contact Zoom Support to enable the Meeting SDK for Web 720p feature on your account. After contacting Support, allow up to 3 business days for the feature to be enabled. You must also select the Group HD option in your Zoom web profile settings."
But the problem is every time I try to contact support (via the chat window), I got connected to the bot, so I asked the bot for speaking to a human, well, it is smart enough to know what I want, but still rejected my request because "Unfortunately, your account does not have access to live chat support." and asked me to either look at the doc or try get help in the community, that's why I'm here, stuck and unhappy, this is mess of a dead loop have to say.
