I'm not getting anywhere with Zoom

Trying to increase my meeting capacity. says my cc was charged but my account is not reflecting additional attendees.

Thoughts?

You probably ordered and paid for the Large Meeting Add-On, but have not yet assigned it to your user account. Take a look at this Zoom Support article for assistance:
