I'm losing sound in the middle of some meetings

Every now and then I lose sound during my meetings. At first I thought it was my head mic but it doesn't happen on other platforms, and I've tested the audio before meetings, checked my mic and battery and all working before I start. Plus, my internet connection is good.

The weird thing is, it doesn't happen in every meeting...??? And, it doesn't happen when I'm using Zoom on my own, just to record sessions either?!

Could it be the settings maybe? Have the recent updates altered things so I need to change the settings??
