Please make sure your Profile page shows you as Licensed. Once that is confirmed, please be sure to sign out of the desktop client and then back in, so that your account status is synced to the app.

My profile says "Licensed". I still get cut off

I had the same problem. Go to My Account (upper right of this page), click on Zoom Account, Profile and sign out of all devices. You might also need to sign out of Two Factor Identification if you use it. Then sign in on the Zoom client. That fixed my issue.

I have an existing business account where I paid for a year. They asked me the other day to upgrade and now I am cut off after 40 minutes. This is a work account and this never happened before. Maybe I put in my work email instead of my personal email which I may have used to set up the account, please fix this

Yo pagué una suscripción por un año y ahora me está diciendo que solo tengo el servicio básico y no me permite tener la sesión más de 40 minutos. Eso no fue lo que contraté. No quiero volver a pagar por algo que ya pagué y que no se cumpla con lo ofrecido.

I have a yearly subscription and for a long time it worked fine. In the past months, right at the 45 minute mark my session freezes both video and sound. It happens whether I'm hosting or have joined a meeting. What can I do to fix this. I have a 2 hour class coming up in Sept.
