I have no sound

Hi,

I'm on Pavilion laptop with Windows 11 24H2.

All of a sudden, my speakers are not working for Zoom, but they work for everything else.

When I do a speaker test, the bar is flashing as normal to show that it is making sound, but nothing comes out of the speakers.

I uninstalled and re-installed the app a few times, even removed FXSound sound enhancement, but I am still not getting any sound out.

Mic and camera work fine.

Has anyone got any suggestions please?

Hi,

Could you try checking if the correct output device is selected in Zoom’s settings or resetting Zoom’s audio settings
