I have a pro plan, and my video resolution, both sent and received is 640x360, 26fps
(verified in the Statistics of the meeting). my Bandwidth over 1.2M .

    A Pro account alone does not provide access to HD. Please see:

    I checked. I don't know happen. I use 3 pro licensed. so it not work  video res 640x340 .  I pay for HD but I have  Low quality

    Try contacting Support and asking for HD to enabled on your account. It needs to be enabled by special-request. On a Pro account you should be able to get HD-720
