Question

I have a participant using dial-in on a landline during a meeting.

A participant in my meeting is using a dial-in number. She can hear the presentation but, she reported that she is unable to ask questions, because we can't hear her. Is there something she has to do in order to have audio communication? Thank you for any help in this matter.

    Hello,

    Phone controls for participants

The following commands can be entered via DTMF tones using your phone's dial pad while in a Zoom meeting:

How to enter the meeting password using your dial pad

If the meeting requires a password, a phone-specific numeric password will be generated. You can find this password in the invitation listed below the dial-in numbers and meeting ID.
