I hate that I have to click the system tray icon to close Zoom

Why can't we just close Zoom with one click, like 90% of the other Windows applications?

Why do I have to click a bunch of tiny icons a bunch of extra times to exit Zoom for real?

What benefit does this give to the user?

 

And no, checking the option to not minimize when exiting doesn't work.  Some product manager at Zoom decided they need to make everyone leave their app open as long as possible, as often as possible.  It's disgusting
