I created a new business account. I am unable to schedule meetings, as the area is grayed out. Help!

I just created a new business account with a BAA. I am unable to schedule any meetings, as where I would schedule is grayed out. I see a message about contact your administrator. I am the administrator! Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.
