I cannot see attendees in the lobby (only for Zoom meetings generated through Calendly)

I have set up the Calendly/Zoom integration and for months it has been working. 

 

However, over the last week, when I open up the Zoom, no one arrives. 

 

I find out later that they have been sitting and waiting in the lobby. But I don't get a notification to admit them like I used to and I don't even see them in the list of participants. 

 

Would appreciate any advice here!

    Hey there. I have a feeling that your Zoom may not be creating these meeting with Waiting Room enabled. Perhaps it was somehow switched off. 

    When you are scheduling or editing meeting settings, view Security and enable Waiting Room.


    Also, view your account settings to make sure this feature is on by default for all meetings you (or Calendly) are scheduling. It's the second item on the list, right at the top of the page. Security > enable Waiting Room

    Thanks! I saw that this was disabled somehow, so I enabled it again.

    It could be that you have some connectivity issues (not likely since you see video when someone sharing). There is an setting that allows you to turn off all incoming video, check so that one is not enabled. If you still see this problem try to clear Zoom cache.
