When using zoom and another output sound source, i can only hear the voice of people but no bgm and surrounding sound in videos(exp:youtube), pls help me to solve this. Thanks!!

I will be the same. I can hear people's voices and the main audio, but I can't hear the background music, so I can hear it by making the speakers the same as the system or changing to speakers. But I can't hear it again.

How can I make it sound clean? teach me please.
