I can't download my recordsing from the cloud.

When I try to download my videos from zoom, It will start downloading but then stop and won't download the file.

You can download cloud recordings one at a time easily within the web portal under the Recordings section in the left hand menu. To automate this you can use APIs to bulk download Zoom cloud recordings. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you bulk download Zoom cloud recordings.

This issue usually happens due to an unstable internet connection or low storage space. Try pausing other downloads, clearing browser cache, or switching to a different browser. If the problem persists, download the video from the Zoom desktop app instead of the web.
