Hi @WinmaC! I know it has been a while since you initially posted, but I want to make sure you receive assistance. Are you still having this issue? If so, I'd love to help you get it resolved.

Hi, thanks for following up. Yes, I am still facing this issue with uninstalling the Zoom Outlook Plugin version 5.1.27830. I wasn’t able to find the MSI file for this version. Could you please guide me on how I can properly uninstall it or where to get the correct file?

I installed latest Zoom VDI Plugin 6.5.10 msi, however my latest VMWare Omnissa Horizon shows that this Client is not compatible with 6.5.10 plugin and I should install v 6.3.

The download for 6.3 won't install because a later plugin version is already installed.

How can I uninstall current plugin and install the older version?

Zoom Outlook Plugin version 5.1.27830 requires the original MSI installer to uninstall. Please check with your IT team or request the file from Zoom Support. If not available, use the Zoom Clean Uninstaller Tool.

You won’t find the old Zoom Outlook Plugin 5.1.27830 MSI on Zoom’s site because they only host the latest version. The best option is to use the official Zoom Uninstall Tool, or ask your IT/admin for the original MSI package.

I found out that VDI plugin was installed as a separate App. So it was possible for me to uninstall using Windows Settings. No Zoom Uninstall Tool was needed. Older VDI plugins are available for download from zoom, so I was able to download.

For me this issue is now resolved. Thanks!
