I am unable to access y zoom recording

I just wanted to let you know that I received an email regarding my zoom recording being completed. When I clicked on it, there were barely 4 seconds. It was a much longer recording lasting over an hour. I'm unable to speak with anyone at zoom. They say that hey are unable to find my meeting ID. I've entered it several times with the same reply.

    The easiest fix to the “You cannot view this recording. No permission” error in shared Zoom recordings is to share the meeting recording 'Publicly' in the sharing settings. To change sharing options for a Zoom recording, go to zoom.us/recording and sign-in with your Zoom account.
