I accidentally convert when the meeting hasn't end yet, can i recover the rest??

I was in important meeting for my last exam, but then i dont know that pressing convert button gonna trim the actual meeting, and i lost some important scene. Please help me, how i can recover this?? i dont have cloud saves, i just have local recordings
