How to submit a web ticket

I have reinstated my Pro Plan and am still having meetings cut off at 40 minutes like a free account. Can't find how to submit a web ticket. Help!

Hello @BrandNature 

I would verify that you have assigned yourself the Pro subscription in your User Management Account settings, and then for web support tickets your plan must be above $10 a month to submit a web case. Please verify these two points and if you have further issues please let me know.

Verified.  I have Pro at over $10 per month

Yes. I do have Pro. Renews annually at $159 and some change. Next Renewal is October 2025
