How to show YouTube video in meetings

I run a charity zoom meeting every week which incorporates a PowerPoint presentation which includes video clips that I have downloaded and edited.  But when I run the video, the participants see the video shuddering/lagging etc.  I am saving the clips as mp4 with a frame rate of 30fps and bit rate of 900kbps.  What is the best format to save mp4 files and what is the best way to show them within a PowerPoint presentation?

Hi @BarryR! for your screen share issue, ensure you 'share computer audio' and 'optimize for video clip' when sharing content. Also, within your Zoom desktop client settings under 'Share screen' click on 'Advanced' and check or uncheck, "Use Hardware acceleration to optimize video sharing", and see if that changes or makes a difference for your Screen sharing experience. Along with Checking or Unchecking, 'Use TCP Connection for screen sharing'
