How to retrieve recording ?

I was joined the pro verision, and recorded a meeting til 26th april, I didn't download the recording at that time.  Now i need the recording for my business promotion, however i am using free version now, the recording is no more available for download, how can i get it back?

Please rest assured.

 

Recordings in the cloud are not deleted for a certain period of time and can be retrieved by signing up for a professional license again.
In my experience, I received an email about a year after switching to the free version, advising me that the recording data would be deleted.

Hi, @glowingstage41. Please check out @Ohkawa's response if you haven't already done so. I also want to add that if you downgraded your account after previously holding a Zoom license, all recordings are set to be deleted after 30 days.
