How to restrict other users from viewing call recordings?

If so, you can manage your sharing settings for cloud recordings. 

Click Share to display the recording link information and sharing settings, such as disabling downloads from viewers and requiring a password to view.

no, that's not what i am referring to. i think that setting is only for participants. However, what i want to restrict are the users from my account from accessing Recording Management or maybe they can access Recording Management but there are certain recordings that they wont be able to view or download.

Only the owner and people with an admin role are able to access the recordings management area? Are you sharing accounts?

You can create custom admin roles and manage which permissions these roles recieve.
