How to record ALL participants both video and audio callers in a zoom meeting?

I need to find out how to record during a zoom meeting both the video callers and the audio callers participants?

Also, how to track down who were the audio callers?  I usually start muting right away all participants and I am finding out that the only ones showing on the gallery view on the recorded meetings are the video participants and the audio callers are not showing.  Would anyone give some insight please?  We are dealing with two things here.

First, how to record ALL participants in a zoom meeting?  I know the gallery view but it will not show the audio callers once the recorded zoom meeting is completed.

Secondly, how to identify the audio callers who participates when the meeting starts with a muted feature? I seem not able to track down who called if they only participated few minutes.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Open the Zoom client and click Settings.
Click the Recording tab.
Enable Record a separate audio file for each participant.
Record and save the meeting to your computer.
Once the meeting is over and the recording has processed, open the recording folder.
Within the folder, open Audio Record.
