How to rearrange participants so the right side of screen is clear

Does anyone know if it is possible to reconfigure the participants in a meeting so they are not in a vertical column on the right-hand side of the screen?  When sharing the Lightroom screen with participants, the controls of Lightroom are on the right but the participants can't see them because they are covered up by the pictures of attendees.  Thank you so much for your help!!!
