How to re-enable Facebook Business Integration for going live to a Facebook Page?

I'm currently able to go live via Zoom on my personal Facebook profile but can't go live on a Facebook Page because the Zoom Business Integration says it was removed.

 

How can I re-enable the Facebook Business integration?

 

I tried confirming the permissions again when going live, though that didn't seem to work.

    It did not. The only way I can go live on Facebook via Zoom at the moment is through doing a "custom" stream and using Facebook Live Producer.
