Changing the share download settings for each recording isn't ideal because our team operates across different time zones, and it slows down the process...

You could use APIs to let certain folks (e.g. alternative hosts) download the Zoom cloud recordings or if you are not a developer there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you share your cloud recording automatically.
