On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Zoom will sometimes send me some tips on how to use Zoom via email, however, if l don't want to see these emails, what should l do?

Hi @mendax1234 ,

Can you confirm that at the bottom of the email you receive, you have the option to unsubscribe from notifications?

In this way, just as consent was given at the time, you will be notified so that they stop reaching you.

Thanks and l have found the button to unsubscribe the emails.

What if the email does not have the unsubscribe button? For months I've been getting "get started with phone" and I have been using phone for years. I have yet to find a setting to disable these onboarding workflows. I don't need help with Zoom, I have been using it for a decade.

Thanks for your useful advice!
