On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

How to intergrate my Zoom appointments to Microssoft outlook calender

Hi All,

 

I use Zoom a number of times a day and would like for the Zoom metings i have booked to sync with my Microsoft outlook calender.

 

It looks like this should be possible, but everytime i try i hit a few problems.

 

Does any one know how to achive this?

Hi @Penthro @DawnLorentz suggest looking into the KB on Installing the Zoom for Outlook add-in please look over all notes within the documentation to understand if any of what is noted will affect you when setting up the Zoom for Outlook add-in. Secondly, can you please clarify, when setting this up what problems you are specifically facing? 

 

Per the documentation, you have a couple of options to install the add-in: 

  • add-in for all users (Office 365 admin)
  • deploy the add-in for all users
  • add-in for Outlook 2013 or 2016

Depending on how you are wanting to add the add-in I suggest following one of the top 3 methods when installing.
