How to get report for my zoom call in

Hello,

i have a free account. Unable to pull reports. Tried calling customer service but no luck as it says my account is not valid. But I have had the account for at least 3 years now.

 

i tried calling into a meeting. It said meeting will start when host gets on. Fast forward I’m not let in. And when I check again it then moves me into the lobby. It seems the host was only able to see it then. 

is there anyways to check when I began the call( when I called to get in) please help.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the navigation menu, do one of the following: If you are an account owner, admin, or have a role with access to Usage Reports, click Account Management then Reports.
Click the type of report that you would like to pull.
