How to enable blur background on hp windows 2011 LAPTOP-BLSQOJHL AMD Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon Graphics 2.60 GHz8.00 GB (5.94 GB usable) pls answer

Hi kav2,

Below are the system requirements to use Virtual backgrounds on Windows machines. Unfortunately, the AMD Ryzen 3 325OU is not compatible as it only has 2 logical cores and you need at least 8 to run Virtual backgrounds. 

  • AMD
    • 8 logical cores
    • 2.0Ghz or higher
