How to do a quiz one question at a time

I have created a quiz, however when I click on the 3 dots as shown in the 'how to' page - I do not see the option to do the quiz one question at time. Instead the other team members are shown the full list of quiz questions. My zoom is on the latest version so unsure why this isn't working?

I went to the polls button in the meeting, found the saved poll I wanted to launch, and saw the option under the three dots. I'm on 5.14.0.

How strange I don't seem to have those options when I click on the same dots!

Do you have advanced polling and quizzing checked in your user settings under Polls? I wonder if that could be the culprit?
