How to convert tht e local recording file to video file?

I recorded a web seminar for more than an hour.  I left the office after end of the seminar and I thought it will  make te recording file automatically as usual. 
I can see the recording file 'double_click_to_convert_01' in my desktop. I double cliked this file several times but nothing happens. I visited the zoom website and logged in and saw the recording page. there are 2 files which re one is the long one and the other is practice file(5 seconds). I can play the 5 seconds short file but the important long one doesn't work. 
How I should?  I have to upload this seminar file...
