How to check email received asking to change password is legitimate ?

Just received an email asking me to reset my password due to compromission (by Zoom ???).

I want i) to understand better the situation (and potential zoom responsibility), and ii) to be able to check is this email is legitimate or a scam.
How can I do this ?

@VeroniqueS  This sounds like a spam email. Password changes should be made directly from the Zoom site, unless you are using single sign on.
