How to automatically enlarge the raised hand emoji and person's name in a meeting

hello, 
we are having issues,  with our Zoom meetings at the Kingdom Hall, the person at the podium, can not clearly see who is  raising their hand on zoom, is there a dédicated forum, for this questions?

How to get in touch with developers or people who can implement this feature in the Zoom meeting program?

The hand icon is designed to match one line in the participation list.

Magnifying it is easily managed using accessibility functions. In windows you can turn on the magnifier.

press the windows key + the Plus sign to turn magnifier on.

Press the windows key + esc to turn it off.

Zoom can also recognize a visual gesture on camera to raise the hand.
