How to UNMUTE partial Group as per Alphabetical letters A to J

How to Unmute names starting with A ( like Anaa, Alex etc) to J (like Jack, Jill) with all others in the group to be Muted Option.

With the groups joining around 30-40 Plus numbers it would be Herculean task to unmute selected group of Names starting with A till J which normally would be around 13-18
