How to I stop meeting participants from downloading a could recording of the meeting?

I only want them to be able to view a cloud recorded meeting, not download it.

Hi, 

you can disable this option :

• Viewers can download: Allows viewers to download the video in addition to viewing it online.

I did that, but when I sent the link out people were still able to download.
