There are several archive solutions.  I would recommend checking out the solutions provided by Zoom's partner Theta Lake.

There are a few ways to do this. You could download the Zoom call recordings into a designated file folder. You could use use APIs to automatically extract the call recordings and archive them accordingly. There are also several Zoom apps that can do this for you automatically. One option is Salepager which lets you retain the Zoom meeting recordings to meeting archiving requirements.
