How many meetings on a Pro Plan?

Hi there,

I intend to upgrade from a Basic to a Pro Plan and would like to know how many meetings (Meeting IDs) I can schedule in Meetings.

The reason for asking is that I am running two kinds of sessions (courses) and would like to separate them so that each meeting will have its own Meeting ID.

Meetings will be held separately at different times of the week.

Any help is very much appreciated 🙂

Kind regards,

Peter

Hey @Panozfan welcome to the community! You can schedule as many meetings as you like; however, for your case I recommend Scheduling a recurring meeting

I would also note the following from Scheduling meetings:

  • A non-recurring meeting ID will expire 30 days after the meeting is scheduled. If you restart the same meeting ID within those 30 days, it will remain valid for another 30 days. You can restart the same meeting ID as many times as you would like before it expires.
  • A recurring meeting ID will expire 365 days after the meeting is started on the last occurrence. You can re-use the meeting ID for future occurrences.

Hope this helps!
